WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW... Pick up locations: · day tours- Sidney Park & Ride, (airport turn off) Elk Lake Rd. Park & Ride, Hotel Grand Pacific Lobby- downtown- and Mayfair accross the street from Dennies on Douglas Street. For groups of 10 or more a special pick up location will be provided. We also offer Mary Winspear Centre for those who do not have cars as no parking is available on site. · multi-day tours only- home pick up is provided in the cost of your tour (Vancouver Airport departures, Sedan service will be provided once you walk off BC Ferry- Vancouver side) Cancellation Policy · Day Tours are non-refundable as we pre-pay all food and attractions fees prior to departure. You’re welcome to gift your day to a friend- please contact our office with changes · Multi day tours with ITT Wilson’s Tours –see details of each tour at time of booking · Multi day tours with Collette Vacations-If you purchase their insurance at the time of booking, you can change your mind up till 1 day prior. All monies refunded except insurance costs and non refundable deposits. Insurance · ITT WILSON’S TOURS now offers RBC Travel Insurance for your piece of mind, price will reflect time away, price of tour, age etc, call our office for your quote today. · Collette Vacations: We highly recommend you purchase Collette’s insurance at time of booking. Reasons: o Change of mind- Yes, change your mind up till one day prior and all your money is returned, provided you purchase Collette’s insurance the same day as booking. No medical note required. o Cost- The older you get the more it costs right? Collette charges one low rate starting as low for Canada USA (currently $90) no matter your age some restrictions apply – RATES VARY on other destinations and days away. o Existing conditions- provided your condition is stable 90 days prior to departure, you’re covered We will be updating and adding to our tour line up as we go.
